No Refunds

  • We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
  • Resolution options :
    • Replacement of faulty items within 7 days of delivery.
    • Store voucher for the product value (valid for any future purchase).

7-Day Warranty

  • Applies to:
    • Faulty/damaged items.
    • Products not matching their description.

  • Timeframe : Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-electronic items : Notify within 7 days .
  • Electronic components : Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be in original condition (unused, original packing, with tags).
  • Returns accepted only for:
    • Faulty/damaged items.
    • Product mismatches (e.g., wrong item received).

  • No returns for change of mind, non-faulty claims, or expired warranty.

Exclusions

  • Imported products : Only checked warranty applies; no post-check claims.
  • Branded electronics : Follow manufacturer warranties (6 months/1 year).
